Actually self studying is MUCH easier because I have a lax schedule and don't have to worry about grades haha. I took 3 AP exams last year and self studied two of them... Errr crammed for two of them LOL

This year I'll self 8 or 9 but without procrastinating as much

Not taking 8 AP classes, just taking 10 or 11 AP exams. I'm only taking two AP classes (I was SUPPOSED to take 3 including calc this year but Calc and USHAP are during the same periods so I can't.... as a result my rank is dropping big time -___-)

I'm self-studying those + USABO LAZYPANTS FTW.I've spent my listless summer days procrastinating on a myriad of things so now..... yeah. Nothing done, and I need to finish my summer reading by next week. xD

Totally haha. xD We can make study guides and stuff, and then share notes etcetc. For Calc I'm using khanacademy and patrickJMT... that's if I decide to take it haha.

I don't think the words are necessarily pompous though LOL. And I think facile is used in the wrong context there, since it's the action of taking the SAT & getting a good score that would be facile, not the SAT score itself.
